This page provides the general Terms & Conditions for using and becoming a Member of Go Honeymooning. Your use of this site acknowledges that you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. Please read the following carefully.
Service Fee
Go Honeymooning charges a fee of 7.5% of the total amount contributed to your Member account. This equates to $3.75 for every $50.00 “gifted” to you in your account. Please see the FAQ section for additional details about the service and related fees.
Redeeming a Member Balance
Go Honeymooning will only mail a Member payment to the name and address of the original account holder. Gifts made by credit card generally take one business day to become available for payout. Gifts made by check may take up to five business days or longer to be available in order to make sure checks clear. It generally takes 3 to 5 business days to receive your check. You may request to have the funds wired to your bank account for an additional $30 fee. This can be done by sending a request to support@gohoneymooning.com.
Refunds
In the case of a cancelled or postponed wedding we will be happy to refund the total gifted amount including our fee to each guest that has money still deposited with the couple. For any funds that have already been disbursed to the couple it is the couple’s responsibility and fees will have already been deducted and are not refunded. If a guest individually requests a refund then the gifted amount, less the 7.5% fee, will be refunded via the same method in which it was gifted. If those funds have already been disbursed to the couple it is the couple’s responsibility and fees will not be refunded.

Member Conduct
This site is intended for use by individuals and is not intended for commercial use. You acknowledge that the use of this site will be consistent with federal, state or international laws. Your account may be terminated if you post or transmit any content that is deemed inappropriate or illegal. We may remove Member content that is deemed inappropriate or that violates any term or condition of this Agreement. Members are responsible for the content posted on their personal honeymoon page and must protect their password to avoid unauthorized access. Go Honeymooning reserves the right to monitor all information transmitted or received through the website.
Unclaimed Balances
Any Member account with a balance that is not redeemed within one year after the wedding date will be closed. Go Honeymooning will make attempts through email and/or phone in order to contact the Member. If we are unable to make contact with the Member the balance in the account will be forfeited.

Go Honeymooning does not make any assurances that this site will operate uninterrupted or that it is free of viruses or harmful components. We are not responsible for the content or operation of any third party sites. While we strive to be as accurate and reliable as possible we cannot guarantee the accuracy, functionality or reliability of this site or any third party sites. Any problems or damages occurring as a result of the use of this site or any third party site has no liability to Go Honeymooning and is the sole responsibility of the Member and/or user.

The content on this site is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, or other rights. The unauthorized use of all trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names on this site is strictly prohibited. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use the content on this site in any way
Modification to the Terms & Conditions
Go Honeymooning reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice to the Member. Any modifications will become effective when they are posted on this page.
